This page sets out how We deliver Your order and what happens if there is a problem with it. It applies to all orders placed through Our webshop, on-site kiosk, or any other Pegasus Photo Creations sales channel. It should be read together with Our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.
1. Delivery
We deliver Photographs in two ways depending on what You ordered.
1.1 Printed products
Printed Photographs (premium photo paper, canvas, and any other physical print medium) are produced on demand specifically for Your order. Each print is individually edited and prepared.
- Carrier: Bpost (or another carrier of Our choice for parcels outside Belgium).
- Production time: Typically 3–10 working days, depending on the print medium and order volume.
- Shipping notification: You will receive a confirmation email when Your order is dispatched, with a tracking number where available.
- Delivery area: Belgium and the European Union. Delivery outside the EU is possible on request.
- Shipping costs: Shown at checkout before You confirm Your order. Costs depend on weight, format and destination.
1.2 Digital downloads
Digital Photographs are delivered electronically.
- After payment is confirmed, You receive an email containing a secure download link.
- Download links remain valid for a limited period (typically 30 days from purchase) and may be re-issued on request within a reasonable timeframe.
- Standard digital downloads are delivered as web-resolution and high-resolution JPG files.
- If You require the original full-resolution file (RAW or original camera JPG), please contact Us by email after Your purchase. Original files may be subject to additional terms or charges depending on the intended use.

2. Right of Withdrawal
EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, transposed in the Belgian Code of Economic Law) gives consumers a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. Two important exceptions apply to Our products.
2.1 Digital downloads — withdrawal right waived at checkout
Under Article VI.53, 13° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered immediately, where You have given Your express prior consent to immediate performance and acknowledged that You thereby lose Your right of withdrawal.
When ordering digital Photographs, You confirm this waiver by ticking the relevant checkbox at checkout. From that moment, the order is final and cannot be cancelled.
2.2 Printed products — made-to-order exception
Under Article VI.53, 3° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. Each printed Photograph is individually produced for Your order (specific image, size, medium and finish), and therefore falls within this exception.
This exception is clearly indicated at the point of purchase.
2.3 What this means in practice
For digital downloads: once the download has been made available, Your order cannot be withdrawn or refunded.
For printed products: once Your order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be withdrawn or refunded, because production starts immediately.
Important: the exceptions above do not affect Your statutory rights in case of non-conformity or damage. See Sections 3 and 4 below.
3. Damaged or Non-Conforming Products
If Your order arrives damaged, defective, or does not match what You purchased, You have a right to a replacement, repair or refund under the legal warranty (Articles 1649bis–octies of the Belgian Civil Code, transposing EU Directive 2019/771).
3.1 What to do
Please contact webstore@pegasus-photo.com as soon as possible after discovering the issue. Include in Your email:
- Your order number,
- a description of the issue,
- one or more clear photographs showing the damage or defect (for prints), or a description of the technical issue (for digital downloads).
3.2 Notification period
We ask You to notify Us within a reasonable period after discovering the problem. While the law gives consumers 2 months to notify Us from the moment they discover non-conformity, prompt notification helps Us resolve the issue faster — ideally within 14 days of receiving the order.
3.3 Resolution
Depending on the nature of the issue, We will:
- send a replacement print at no charge, or
- redeliver the digital file or issue a new download link, or
- issue a partial or full refund where replacement or repair is not reasonably possible.
For damaged prints, We may ask You to return the damaged item; in such cases We will cover the return shipping cost.
4. Legal Warranty
For new physical products, the legal warranty under Belgian and EU law applies. This warranty covers a lack of conformity that exists at the time of delivery and becomes apparent within two (2) years from the date of delivery.
The legal warranty does not cover:
- damage caused by misuse, poor handling or unsuitable display conditions (e.g. direct sunlight, humidity);
- normal wear and tear;
- prints that have been altered, framed or processed by a third party.
This Section does not exclude or limit any of Your mandatory consumer rights.
5. Lost or Undelivered Packages
If Your tracked package shows as delivered but You have not received it, or if a package is significantly delayed:
- Please contact webstore@pegasus-photo.com with Your order number.
- We will investigate with Bpost or the relevant carrier.
- Depending on the outcome, We will arrange a redelivery or refund.
We ask You to allow a reasonable investigation period (typically up to 10 working days for domestic shipments, longer for international shipments) before a refund or replacement is processed.
6. Refusal of Delivery and Address Errors
If a package is returned to Us because the delivery address You provided was incorrect, incomplete, or because the package was refused, We will contact You to arrange a redelivery. Additional shipping costs for redelivery may be charged to You.
